1. SERVICE EVALUATION: 

Prior to the acceptance of any lawn care package, a comprehensive evaluation of your lawn will be conducted by our team. This evaluation is essential to determine the suitability of the requested service. 

 

2. LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE:

Please note that our services are limited to routine maintenance. We are unable to perform major clean-ups due to equipment constraints. 

 

3. FREE INITIAL CONSULTANT:

The appointment for evaluating your yard is provided at no charge. Our goal is to ensure that our services align with your lawn care needs.

 

4. PAYMENT TERMS:

All payments must be made in cash or via electronical payment services only. No other forms of payment will be accepted.

 

5. RIGHT TO DECLINE SERVICES:

If upon evaluation, we find that the lawn condition is beyond our capacity to handle, we reserve the right to decline service without obligation.

 

6.LIABILITY

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that any services performed will be carried out within the limitations specified herein and that we are not liable for issues arising from external factors beyond our control

 

7.AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary, and such changes will be communicated to you.
